Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator.

1. Vào Start Menu > Run
2. Nhập dòng lệnh sau rồi bấm OK:

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
3. Vào Start Menu > Run
4. Gõ GPEDIT.MSC để mở Group Policy Editor rồi tìm
5. User Configuration ~> Administrative Templates ~> System ~> Prevent access to registry editing tools.
6. Đổi giá trị Not Configured
7. Rồi khởi động lại Windows.

1. Click Start/Run
2. Now copy this EXACTLY as it is shown here and paste it to the Run Box and click Ok:

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
3. Start > Run.
4. %windir%system32gpedit.msc
5. Navigate to: User ConfigAdmin TemplatessystemPrevent Access to Registry Editing Tools
6. Change to > Not Configured
7. Restart Windows

Chép đoạn lệnh trên vào "Note Pad" rồi save với thành file đuôi ".reg" và chạy nó thế là OK.
